BSA is a high perfomance surf school that has a goal of improving each students surfing skill level. Unlike many surf schools in Bocas Del Toro, BSA prioritizes the improvement of skills and surfing knowledge with lessons on techincal theory and personalized tips and exercises for each of our students curated by the most experienced instructors and surfers in the island.

BSA was founded by local pro surfer Joshua Caraballo, with more than 14 years of surf experience (competing, teaching and free surfing).
Having been raised by a family surrounded by surfing with his father being one of the best shapers in Panama and his brother and father both holding national champion titles, you can trust BSA as a surf school that will provide ample knowledge, experience, and friendly vibes.
